Died peacefully at home in Sunderland, Ontario on Thursday, April 5, 2018, at the age of 73.

Beloved husband of Georgina (nee Couvier) for 52 years. Dear father of Diana Swinson (Currie Plumpton), Vicky Swinson (deceased), and Victor Swinson (Antonella). Loving poppa of Nicole, Matthew, Currie, Victor and great poppa of William, Owen, Rebecca, Emma, Paxton and Lawson. Dear brother of Sharon Brown, Dean Swinson, Julie Houghton, Glenda Swanton, Gwen Mertin, Murray Swinson and predeceased by Dan Swinson. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Friends are invited to visit the family at the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 441, Kinmount, Ontario on Sunday, April 15, 2018 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm, with a time for family reflection and tributes at 1:30 pm. A Reception will be held at the same time. Cremation has taken place.
