Passed away peacefully at the Haliburton Hospital on Thursday, September 22, 2016.

Beloved wife of the late Howard Ackley. Mother of Ron (Marlene), Carleen (Jeff), Cindy (Randy), Gail (Darryl), Corey (Bonnie) and grandmother of many grandchildren. Sister of Bev (Brian). Fondly remembered by Michelle (Ken) and by her family and many friends.

A Private Family Graveside Service and Interment will be held at Glamorgan Cemetery, Gooderham on Wednesday, September 28, 2016.

A Public Gathering to Celebrate Rose’s Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 624, Wilberforce on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 from 2:00 until 3:00 pm.

In Lieu of Flowers, Memorial Donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family and can be arranged through the Gordon A. Monk Funeral Home Ltd., P.O. Box 427, Minden K0M 2K0
